About Us

Maura founded Eagle Lake Bookkeeping LLC in 2024 after deciding to re-locate to sunny Florida. For the 10 years prior to forming ELB, she was the Chief Financial Officer for a successful manufacturing company in New Hampshire where she was responsible for the oversight & management of the financial operations of the company. Before her role as a CFO, she spent over 20 years working for a Massachusetts public accounting firm specializing in financial statement audits, reviews & compilations as well as corporate tax return preparation. She has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 1995.
